RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Goods Return Policy

The Purchaser is responsible for physically verifying the products delivered prior to accepting the delivery. The Purchaser shall not be entitled or permitted to reject or return the product(s) after the delivery has been duly accepted.

The Purchaser is entitled to reject any products or part of any products at the time of delivery if the products or their quantities do not correspond to the order, or if the products or their packaging/labelling is damaged, destroyed, defaced, or if the goods are not in good/merchantable order or condition. Such issues must be reported to ACIS Bookstore via WhatsApp or email, along with the order details, on the same day.

Please note that certain products, such as books and question paper books related to exams or preparation, cannot be returned once purchased. This is to prevent potential copying and return of these materials. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds

If you cancel your order, or return a product due to a manufacturing defect any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card will be refunded in full. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of you cancelling your order. The refunds which we process via the Credit card Internet Payment Gateway will take up to 2 weeks at bank’s end to be processed and will be reflected in your card statement.
